We use 3D engineering software to do interfering imitation and test the fixation in order to make sure our good communication with customers in design phase.
We are able to choose a most suitable model from the database, which contained a various design information, to fit customer's need in a very short time. Also, our engineers will provide their professional knowledge and consultant to solve customer's problems and questions in the IEC socket field.
Manufacture engineering division owns a sample factory to make samples. We can accept small quantity production before product releasing and modification in a short time.
There are all kinds of equipment in our sample factory such as lathe, milling machine, discharge machine, driller and grinder. On the other hand, we have technical engineers to use all equipment mentioned above to modify current models and sent the samples to customers in an efficient way.
Quality is our guarantee. Inalways' product complies with international standards of IEC, UL, CSA, etc. and has passed rigorous tests include electronic test, environmental test, function test, etc. We have annual schedule to test all products on the reliability to assure our quality. Reliability engineer owns a laboratory not only to guarantee our quality but also accept customers' enquiry to test what they would like to know everything about IEC socket. In order to make sure the average quality of Inalways' product, we use material central supply system, which is controlled by computer to proceed with material supply, material choosing and pipe cleaning. Also, the control panel can monitor machine, material sinks and dry sinks, to guarantee all products producing in the same condition. Not only material central supply system monitors the operation for every working stop but also warms the stop to prevent from bad material admixing.
To provide better quality and increase capacity, Inalways utilizes automated machines instead of mass labor production. Accidental faults often caused by the traditional labor production can now be prevented. With automated production not only it reduces defective rate, but also offers better quality control.
